This group has only sprung up within the last five years or so, and even then it has only recently been recognized by the current Rogue. No others before Con Fisher ever saw the Youth that aided the Rogue as anything but children playing games really. But that all changed when they started falling into some form of organization behind young thief Arien Carson. She leads them, albeit with an intimidating gruffness that hides her own insecurities and fears about the position. She's figured out new ways to get around the city and increase the number of thieves that remain uncaptured and alive.
They are currently housed in a newly rebuilt building known as the Lower City Orphanage. It's been called this for a couple of decades now but the name was previously something of a cynical joke. This was due to the way this building was home to various child-gangs that bloodied each other and the streets, making the already treacherous life in the Lower City even more dangerous. But somehow Arien has managed to bring them in line as one group. And to repay them for their support in his bid for the thron Con had their home rebuilt and cleaned up.
